Things we especially want to hear about:

• Corrections. A tool shipped a feature we said was missing, a price changed, a claim went stale. Corrections get fixed and credited.
• Your own field results. If a tool behaved differently on your research than in our review, that is exactly the signal our re-tests need.
• Tools worth testing. Suggest one — but note that the queue moves slowly, because every tool gets two weeks of real use before a word is published.

One thing not to bother with: sponsorship and paid-placement pitches. The site does not run them, at any price. See the editorial independence policy.

Replies usually come within a few days. Research deadlines occasionally win.
